Work closely with the creative teams, ensuring the best possible production process with all parties.
Responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of physical production for series, MOWs, miniseries and pilot productions including production planning, crew staffing, scheduling, budgeting, insurance, production and post-production.
Support and elevate the creative goals for the production by making appropriate production, financial and logistical recommendations.
Work closely with the creative teams to successfully realize the vision of each show.
Find solutions to budgetary challenges while always maintaining the creative integrity of the project.
Vet and approve final budgets and schedules prior to distributing to networks.
Facilitate necessary approvals, materials and information among various departments in coordination with producers and supervisor.
Communicate effectively with Producers, Showrunners, talent and talent agents in the execution of their duties as the studio’s representative.
Research and outsourcing for production needs (i.e. identifying third party production companies for out-of-town shoots).
Continually monitor all projects in production with regard to schedule, budgets, meeting updates, etc.
Responsible for building a roster of network-approved line producers and other below-the-line staff.
Minimum 7 years of experience in television production

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will enable him/her to interact with a range of personalities and styles and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
A strong understanding of the television production process and working familiarity with the various entertainment guilds and unions (including, without limitation, SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA and IATSE).
Flexibility and the ability to perform effectively under stress and meet deadlines.

Be highly self-motivated, well-organized and have a strong work ethic.
Experience building and working as part of a cohesive team.
