Role Purpose
The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting producers with various assignments within Sports & Olympics projects.

  • Assist production personnel in all phases of Sports & Olympics feature production.
  • Request and/or build graphics needed for event coverage, along with being willing and able to operate on-air graphics machines.
  • Assist in editing pieces, preparing scripts, font coordination, operate prompter, and performing required sports research where required.
  • Locates and archives tape and digital materials
  • Works with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
  • Assist with various office tasks relating to Olympic planning, presentations and overall production.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Sports Television Production
  • Minimum one year experience in live control room and post production environments.
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays
