Our client in Washington DC, a packaging and design agency, is seeking three full-time Creative Services Manager (CPG) to work on a well- known brand.
The Creative Services Manager (CPG) will have the following responsibilities:
-Partner with Marketing/ Branding Design team to ensure efficient workflow between the creative and executional phases
-Oversee the delivery of branded packaging and POS materials on time, on budget and in line with quality standards
-Manage design look through to design adaptation and prepress
-Leads Project Management (PMO/Timeline) from concept to print delivery to ensure project is completed on time and on budget
-Route artwork with cross-functional teams
-Provide creative direction/consolidated feedback to design adapt agency
The Design Manager will have the following qualifications:
-Must have 3 to 5 years of experience, with experience in artwork and print production for packaging/ POS
-Must understand the creative process
-Must understand and can speak to technical print requirements
-Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships
-Have an ability to evaluate creative and provide actionable creative direction to agencies
-In-depth experience managing packaging/POS artwork projects from design through to print execution in CPG/FMCG or retail experience
-Proficient using PC platform, (Excel, MS Office, Outlook, as well as web-based systems/asset management systems)
-Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred!
