Role Purpose
This position supports Craftsy’s rapid production cycle and studio operations by helping in the coordination of pre-production to filming.

Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with planning and filming including, but not limited to: tracking contact information, generating paperwork, coordinating travel, shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory of props, equipment and tools at the studio
  • Manage and update the production calendar along with shoot schedule
  • Help set up, schedule and coordinate initial kick off and ongoing production meetings for all internal teams involved
  • Research and outreach to potential locations for look development reference and studios
  • Manage the vendor setup and invoicing process for all vendors and suppliers
  • Assist with shoot planning including;
  • Purchasing all instructional supplies
  • Organizing supplies on set
  • Communicate with C+E team regarding logistics for specific categories
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of each set on daily basis
  • Spearhead instructors wardrobe, transportation, and help Instructors through hair/makeup and get settled
  • Assist Producers with managing talent, including models, on set as needed particularly on multi-­instructor shoots
  • Complete personal expense reports, Concur, and other forms as needed, wrapping up details for each class in post production
  • Keep course/content related equipment & props organized and maintained

    ● Some experience in handling studio gear and equipment
    ● Understands the fundamentals of production workflow
    ● Extremely well organized, attention to detail, sense of urgency, adaptable, and patient
    ● Self-driven and able to complete tasks with minimal guidance if necessary
    ● Openness to change and continuous improvement mindset
    ● Collaborative team player
