Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Marketing Directors and Managers in putting together marketing and fundraising campaigns including digital marketing.  Will manage scheduling and provides support for tracking results and budgets.  Position will require moderate to high degree of independent thinking and action when working with agencies, and vendors.  Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, professional attitude, high level of initiative, project management skills, ability to multitask, and an attention to detail. Great opportunity to grow within the marketing career area.


  • Coordinates the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through multiple channels including digital
  • Works with appropriate Marketing team members to coordinate development of marketing projects
  • Coordinates the execution of email fundraising and marketing campaigns including:
    • Maintain schedules for marketing efforts including email calendar
    • Support for digital marketing tied to marketing campaigns
    • Reviewing email copy and links for accuracy
    • Reviewing with business owners for feedback and approval
    • Works with Digital Coordinator to test and deploy emails
  • Work with digital marketing team to coordinate social media efforts on multiple platforms including campaign performance
  • Communicates and works closely with key organizational stakeholders (agencies, outside vendors)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Digital marketing experience helpful with knowledge of social media marketing
  • Organizational skills and ability to adhere to established timelines, budgets, and other performance metrics
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM systems extremely helpful
  • Strong interest in aviation or a desire to learn to fly is highly encouraged
