We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join BOLD Worldwide.
Below provides a description of what you’ll be doing to lead Agency & Client growth:

• Serve as senior client service role interfacing with all clients on a periodic basis
• Immerse yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of your client’s business, allowing for thoughtfully strategic recommendations and follow-through implementation in partnership with client
• Put your clients first, interacting regularly with those at both the partner & mid-senior level corporate clients
• Continuously seek out integrated & innovative solutions that are relevant to client’s business
• Oversee & Manage junior team members, providing in-situation examples of the premium level of client services that defines BOLD worldwide
• Partner with all agency disciplines in the service of client’s business, providing the overarching layer of guidance and approvals in parallel with client desires & business goals
• Conduct periodic evaluations of junior team performance, including key milestones & timetables for junior team growth & ongoing development
• Interface regularly with all client capabilities pertinent to our scope of work, including creative, and strategy teams, keeping all informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business
• Communicate clear & concise updates to plans and working closely with client to ensure budget and project resources are allocated accordingly
• Manage all campaign development in partnership with junior client services team, and other agency disciplines
• Provide clients with clear & timely campaign analytics / metrics via whatever means is most appropriate per client

• Provide periodic competitive analysis, highlighting best-in-class category practices, recommendations, and trends
• Stay current on industry trends and campaigns and bringing “outside” thinking to your clients
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the dynamics of your client’s business and help BOLD navigate their political structure
• “Planning the meeting”:
• Ensure the planning, execution, and post-call reporting and next steps delineation for every call / meeting
• Initiate thought leadership projects that enhances BOLD’s reputation, level of service, and added value for our client’s business
• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal & external teams
• Act and serve as open and willing resource to team members in discussing ideas and directions
• Direct development of and participate in the presentation of new ideas or work being sold in
• Consistently help deliver flawless creative & strategic execution


Qualifications

• 4 – 6 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 different client experiences in 2 industries (B2B, retail, CPG, tech, etc.)
• Demonstrable knowledge of client and Agency operations and working knowledge of BOLD Worldwide capabilities & value proposition
• Digitally fluent & savvy, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to build solutions to drive results for the client
• An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence/output
• Entrepreneurial, Curious, a craves continuous education / knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Understanding of agency financials
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Understanding of data and ability to help apply insights to optimize campaigns and / or recommendations
• Excellent listener, someone who is able to read people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly)
