Hire and manage production team to coordinate shut-down of production office space, new office integration and associated materialsOversee production legal document retention process and work with corporate parties to dispose of production assets with company compliance Liaise between production management teams and corporate for project coordination and executionManage process from start to finishManage all related parties to ensure projects are on schedule and meet necessary deadlinesTrack overall project move and new office integration budgets and meet weekly with Production Executive to review actuals

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working on commercial, film, or TV series sets or within a production environment, with a minimum 3 years in a production management role, preferably as a Line Producer
• Consistent experience overseeing production budgets in excess of $100k
• Knowledge of technical aspects of video production, including current cameras and gear, specifications, and post production workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and production budgeting templates
• Prior experience at an advertising agency, production company, or television network
• College Degree preferred

Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness work overtime and/or on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
