Handle administrative tasks for the EVP of the Digital Department – scheduling, phones, conference calls, travel, etc
The Digital Marketing group is under the umbrella of Universal Pictures mktg. The department is responsible for creating and maintaining an online presence for all theatrical releases across the internet and mobile devices, and is often the arena in which movies are initially introduced to the marketplace. This includes the official websites, ad creative, rich media, co-branded websites, and on-line publicity and promotions.
The individual will report to the EVP Digital Marketing, and in this position will have varied responsibilities while at the same fulfilling all digital marketing support functions. Exceptional communication skills both one-on-one and across all levels of management are crucial. Individuals must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, and to efficiently juggle a workload in the face of shifting priorities and deadlines. On a daily basis, the position requires someone that can take initiative with minimal direction, has the ability to seek out information from appropriate sources and has exceptional follow-through. Attention to detail is extremely important.
Manage department budgeting and accounting
Track expenses and process invoices for department
Assist with creating Keynote and Powerpoint decks as needed for presentations
Provide assistance and support for events and digital
Support the Digital Marketing department- cross-team coordination, maintaining internal documents and planning department functions.
Assist with management of the studio’s website and social handles.
Be self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently.
Strong time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Strong written and communication skills at all levels.
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms is required.
Excellent computer skills. Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Keynote and PhotoShop.

4 year college degree in marketing or related field preferred
Minimum 2years experience in the entertainment industry specifically digital marketing, production, or post-production
