PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Role Purpose
NBC Sports seeks a self-driven Coordinator to work with our Strategy team helping to manage linear/digital inventory as well as paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Request and coordinate On-Air promotional elements including TV video spots and digital banners
  • Audit Live Events to log in-show promotional elements for reporting purposes
  • Enter promo data in project management and promo scheduling databases including ISCI and flighting info for each spot
  • Enter all request fields including ISCI in graphics tool for menu style promos
  • Assist with trafficking to NBC Affiliates, Regional Sports Networks, Golf Channel, other NBCU nets, as well as off-air media buys
  • Work with the content and content services teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Assist with scheduling/updating the On-Air promo logs, making revisions as needed based on creative, program date/time changes, etc.
  • Assist with post run reporting
  • Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed


  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    Additional Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically strong PowerPoint skills
