Architectural Design Firm Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Coordinator
KCCT Architectural and Design Firm is an award-winning, international design firm that is currently looking to hiring a highly motivated, innovative marketing professional with the desire to join and contribute to our firms strategic marketing initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a BA degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; 2-4 years of experience in marketing support and proposal preparation in an architecture, interior design or similar discipline. Government proposal coordination is a plus! Proficiency in editing, proofreading and oral communication; MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe InDesign; excellent time management; experience with managing social media platforms; ability to maintain focus under tight deadlines; a team player; the ability to read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). Prefer experience with Deltek Vision/CRM, but not required.
Duties will include: Coordinating marketing proposals, presentations and submittals; maintaining back up data on projects and office personnel; assuring information is current, accurate and appropriate; information gathering for proposals; assist in development of marketing resource materials; completing government forms for and client questionnaires as needed; prospect monitoring and coordination; social media platform and web content maintenance; coordinates work with outside vendors and consultants; assist in development of company newsletter.
