· Identify new material and talent to bring in to UCP
· Track needs of all buyers, help formulate pitches, and help set pitches at all networks
· Assist in guiding and managing our UCP pods, as well as other talent working at UCP
· Provide notes on story, outline and script for projects in development
· Seek out new pools of talent for UCP with the potential for future development in all areas scripted
· On-set oversight of projects in production
· Additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

    • A self-starter, who is assertive, enthusiastic and highly motivated
    • Must have experience in television development
    • Must have experience in on-set production
    • Strong relationships with Agents, Managers, writers and producers
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and high energy environment
    • Team Player who works well with others
    • Knowledge of basic web technology
