Under the direction of the District Attorney, the successful candidate will manage a broad range of duties including community outreach initiatives and activities, providing public information related to the District Attorney's Office services and programs, drafting and disseminating media releases, and developing strategies for addressing high-profile and sensitive issues that affect the community, law enforcement, and the court system. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently with general direction and will have a comprehensive understanding of the use of social media platforms and how they are most effectively used to support the mission of a local government organization.
