The job:

The Consumer Marketing Manager will support strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities to retain subscribers and grow brand loyalty and engagement. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, strategic mind whose love of numbers is equal to their creative approach to projects.

You will:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day activities for consumer acquisition and retention programs across 11 publications which include Direct Mail, Internet, Insert Cards, House Ads, Online, Billing, Renewal and Gift Programs
  • Generate mailing list universes, direct mail list plans, generate and maintain multiple direct mail analysis reports, list ordering, merge purge instructions and fulfillment house instructions
  • Order material for Direct Mail, Insert Cards and Retention
  • Run monthly response reports
  • Maintain material inventory
  • Assist and execute new marketing initiatives
