Brand Development Coordinator

Primary role will be to assist in managing our inbound audience leads/attendees for events, as well as audience outreach and growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will support the team in all aspects to help bring new attendees to our events in the US and EU
Superb verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-talk and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment are key.
The responsibilities will include:
-Manage inbound audience application program for live events
-Work as a liaison between the brand development and marketing teams.
-Lead communication efforts to audience participants across multiple live events
-Manage live events applications and distribute to appropriate departments
-Track and analyze attendee data
-Work with Brand Development team to manage attendee lists
-Create event invitations
-Travel and assist in on-site events production across the US, as needed.
-Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field
-0-3 years of relevant experience (marketing and design a plus)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency of OfficeSuite, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress or relevant CMS tool
-Strong focus on attention to detail
-Great networking skills
-Outstanding project management skills
-Ability to meet goals and deadlines
