Primary Responsibility:

The Marketing Growth Manager is responsible for the development and analysis of customer base animation (upgrading) actions for our SMB customers. This role will drive additional revenue through current customers by putting together a strategy based on analytics, alignment with the product roadmap and driving large cross-functional operational improvement initiatives. Specifically, this individual will be directly responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to animation initiatives. This role will support the B2B Marketing team through investigation and analytics relating to customer base composition, identifying upgrade opportunities and driving upgrade improvement projects throughout the organization. The position will develop offer strategy and campaigns to increase customer share of wallet and report on KPIs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze customer base composition and purchasing behavior
  • Create presentations and provide insights and recommendations based on data
  • Oversee and develop financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market from a customer animation/upsell perspective
  • Prepare creative briefs and work with marketing in implementation of new initiatives
  • Consult with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic animation opportunities that will maximize ROI
  • Work with functional leaders for implementation of animation activities
  • Drive day to day project management of large operational initiatives that drive additional revenue among the base
  • Influence sales channel incentives through offer strategy for customer animation
  • Work closely with Customer Care, Sales and Finance teams to assist with development and implementation of core business, competitive, and new product marketing plans to achieve revenue growth goals
  • Partner with the Insights/Research team to enrich the strategic value of analytics and insights
  • Partner with and manage external vendors when necessary
  • Seek efficiencies for how the team analyzes various streams of data and collaborate with headquarters and division counterparts on best practices
  • Develop new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Advanced excel and PowerPoint skillset
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data
  • Ability to use data to identify marketing opportunities and targets
  • Ability to make recommendations on strategic direction based on data
  • Ability to develop compelling strategic narratives and present findings to Sr. Leadership
  • Experience driving large cross-functional operational projects to completion on time & within budget
  • Confident in communicating vision, status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders
  • Experience disseminating results via visualization and reporting technologies
  • Outside the box thinking with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various functional areas
  • Strategic thinker with understanding of marketing & sales mechanics
