Build & execute pregame, postgame and talk show formats at a high level
Integrate both social media & digital production elements into shows
Handle talent needs as well as full production staff for any given show
Take on top level production assignments
Formulate & manage special projects (i.e. one-time specials, preview/review show)
College Degree or equivalent years of related work experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Producer role in a top-10 TV market

Additional Job Requirements
Experience with INews and newsroom computer systems
Thorough knowledge of sports, both locally and nationally
Willingness to work non-traditional business days/hours
Excellent personal, communication and writing skills.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Knowledge of social media and ability to implement in daily responsibilities
Ability to edit is a plus
