  • Build & execute pregame, postgame and talk show formats at a high level
  • Integrate both social media & digital production elements into shows
  • Handle talent needs as well as full production staff for any given show
  • Take on top level production assignments
  • Formulate & manage special projects (i.e. one-time specials, preview/review show)


  • College Degree or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Producer role in a top-10 TV market

      Additional Job Requirements

  • Experience with INews and newsroom computer systems
  • Thorough knowledge of sports, both locally and nationally
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business days/hours
  • Excellent personal, communication and writing skills.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Knowledge of social media and ability to implement in daily responsibilities


  • Ability to edit is a plus
