We are looking for a professional, detail-orientated, and capable self-starter to join our event logistics team.
Who is Mobile Marketing? We are a fast-growing events business that brings together martech and adtech companies with B2C brand marketers through a series of lead generation and networking events in the digital and mobile marketing space. Mobile Marketing events take place in New York, London, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
What will you do? As a Mobile Marketing Event & Communication Manager, you will:
- Join a team of US/UK-based event and journalism professionals
- Manage up to 15 events in the US, UK, and Europe
- Serve as point of contact for delegates, expert speakers, and venues as you manage all event logistics for your events
- Conduct clear, accurate, detail-orientated and timely record keeping
- Attend Mobile Marketing events in NYC and remotely support events in EMEA
- Utilize excellent written communication skills with colleagues and external clients
- Exercise your journalistic muscles to produce weekly news stories for the Mobile Marketing Magazine website
- Leverage written word to build brand and name recognition for Mobile Marketing in the US market
