The Account/Media Manager develops, implements, tracks and optimizes various advertising campaigns for the agency. This person must be highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, able to retain large amounts of information and able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced, pressured, deadline-driven environment.

General Job responsibilities:

• Manage all TV/radio estimates, IOs, digital (display and direct response) and print/outdoor contracts - Oversee Assistant Account Executive on inputting all buys into billing system
• Ensure IOs and contracts are signed and returned to vendors in a timely manner

• Coordinate and/or attend all media vendor meetings
• Work with Associate Account Director on developing and submitting RFPs for radio and television
• Diligently review and finalize all media billing (coordinate with Senior Account Manager on production billing)
• Develop and continually update monthly cultural calendar
• Responsible for all trade tickets, including submitting trade requests once a buy is approved, checking all tickets and following Spotco procedure for distribution

• Negotiate and reserve all media with external vendors (includes broadcast, digital, direct response, print and outdoor media) 

• Maintain show advertising and marketing budget
• Set up and optimize all social and programmatic display campaigns — includes DBM, AdWords, YouTube, etc.
• Work with Agency Analyst to set up pixel and GA tracking for websites

• Monitor underdelivered campaigns or needs for make goods across all paid channels
• Ensure all creative is running as intended and performing as it should be

• Keep track of TV and radio estimates and confirm requested placements are correct via pre-logs and logs 

• Request samples of all print insertions placed


  • 1-3 years experience working in marketing or advertising in a role directly dealing with clients (interactive experience / knowledge of social a plus)
  • Interest in / knowledge of the New York theater industry
  • Understanding of basic advertising/marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Keynote and Power Point
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of personalities
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
