Our highly established, successful b2b and experiential event agency is seeking a seasoned (5+ years industry experience), professional Account Director for an exceptional opportunity to further expand our agency’s presence in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area.

Must have extensive knowledge of the event space and experience in the tech market to oversee and drive business in the northern California area. Must be highly motivated and well-connected with excellent people and communication skills in order to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategy and grow business in key accounts to targeted revenue numbers
  • Consistent, relevant face time with clients and client prospects to build/maintain relationships
  • Use existing contacts/relationships to introduce agency to new companies/prospects
  • Network through social media and industry events
  • Stay current on all current news in the market in order to capitalize on opportunities
  • Garner qualified RFP opportunities in accounts
  • Lead the proposal and pitch team from a strategy and client knowledge perspective
  • Build a team of local, vetted resources
