Provide administrative support; i.e. answering phones, process mail, set-up meetings, maintain files, etc.Actively interface with show Production Coordinators regarding Studio requirements.Set up show offices for shows before production starts.Oversee production office compliance regarding document formats and file uploads.Arrange executive travel, and interim production cast & crew travel as required.Process contracts, deal memos, and budgets.Maintain staff & crew, and travel databases.Reconcile credit card statements and submit expense reports.
The Assistant, Production, would report to the SVP Production and VP Production and manage a very busy desk, day-to-day administrative functions, and would interact with all personnel internally, as well as with POC’s, APOC’s and other production staff externally on our Studio productions.
Minimum 2 year’s experience in production environment, television production is a plus.
Minimum 2 year’s experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) on both PC and Mac.
Flexibility with respect to work hours and must have ability to work overtime, when necessary.
