The Communications Store’s pioneering and fast-growing team is seeking an entrepreneurial senior Lifestyle leader to support, drive, and inspire the developing NYC team. Our ideal candidate will be an industry expert who is adept at building client confidence, inspiring creative thought, and encouraging it within their team. You will be responsible for proactively building a portfolio of clients, growing a new area of the business, and developing the lifestyle team.

Our Ideal Candidate is:

  • Expert and leader in the Lifestyle industry with a minimum of 10-12 years’ experience
  • Strong and proven contacts with editors, social influencers and key individuals in the Lifestyle sector, especially in luxury goods, food and beverage, travel and fitness
  • Entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to be truly innovative and push boundaries
  • Professionally mature and adept at building client confidence and nurturing relationships
  • Experience working with influencer-led campaigns; should be digitally savvy
  • Team-player with experience managing and motivating team members

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out opportunities to pitch and win new business. Develop existing business through organic growth and additional joined services
  • Oversee and develop the appropriate PR integrated strategies across luxury lifestyle clients balancing strategic thinking, creativity and budget
  • Ensure the successful delivery of campaigns through monitoring and analyzing our clients’ market
  • Actively contribute creative ideas and initiatives for exciting and innovative press coverage and campaign success
  • Manage and improve existing client relationships ensuring clients’ expectations and needs are met and exceeded whilst always thinking two steps ahead and devising appropriate solutions
  • Inspire commitment and creativity – develop and encourage team members to effectively achieve outstanding results
