Partnership and collaboration across vertical and horizontal teams to fully understand business/products and related revenue opportunity.Marketing/Creative briefs that are informed by research, analytics, positioning, and key strategies. Informed audience targeting through use of data and analytics.Execution of compelling creative messaging and offers, driving consumption and/or activation. Collaboration with internal marketing teams – Multi-Platform Strategy (On-Air, Paid Media, Digital, Email, SEO, PPC, Mobile) and Creative – to ensure creative execution and asset placements are aligned with strategy, as well as measurement/insights to guide optimizations. Collaboration with digital/social media teams to ensure cohesive strategy to drive awareness and engagement. Identification of cross-business opportunities to accomplish objectives. Evolve Brands to grow leadership position.Ensure Brand Promise, Tone and Personality are consistent in delivery to audiences. Establish collaborative relationships with external partners to drive success across mutual business interests.Develop partnerships across Comcast-NBCUniversal portfolio to identify opportunities for golf business growth and collaboration.
The Sr. Director, Consumer Engagement for Golf Channel will develop marketing strategies that combine audience driven long-term thinking with near-term viewership, consumption and revenue goals across various platforms.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead Consumer Engagement team by developing marketing strategies to support business goals and financial targets through the following:
10 years of marketing experience in Media, Television, and/or Sports.
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing best practices throughout consumer journey/lifecycle.
Proven track record of balancing a strategic approach with tactical execution.
Demonstrated ability to work within and across multiple departments, teams, and disciplines.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to stay current on industry and consumer trends, innovations, and media landscape.

Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
Knowledge of golf a plus
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
