Assist with developing and executing RFPs, marketing/media proposalsAssist with content creation, liaison with production teams as neededResponsible for ideation and creation of marketing decks for single and multi-market deals for local NBC and Telemundo stationsIncorporate multi-platform media as a part of all campaigns (digital, social, OOH, etc)Liaison with Research teams and external trades to gather competitive research and advertiser media spendingMonitor campaign delivery and re-cap for clientsWork with Digital and OOH leads to ensure that all digital campaigns are executed properly, including video, banners, sweepstakes, eBlasts, social, etc
The Integrated Sales Marketing Planner will assist with developing sales support materials, track active campaigns and fulfilment for advertiser-based campaigns.
As an Integrated Marketing Planner, you will be responsible for the following:
Minimum 1-2 years media experience with knowledge of broadcast, digital, social and out of home preferred
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Photoshop
Experience with Citrix, Wide Orbit, and Donovan
Familiarity with broadcast and/or digital sales systems a plus
Exceptional communication, project management and presentation skills
Clear, concise, objective and professional written and verbal communicator
Superior organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work in New York City area.
