NBC Boston is seeking an experienced content producer for NBC10 Boston’s programming team. The successful candidate is self-motivated with strong people skills and an ability to oversee the production process from start to finish.

  • Work with the Executive Producer of Local Programming to produce segments and specials for NBC10 Boston and NECN
  • Research story ideas and book shoots
  • Field produce shoots and live broadcasts
  • Write scripts and oversee the edit process

  • At least 5 years experience working in television production
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong people skills

  • Solid knowledge of the Boston area
  • Ability to recognize compelling stories
  • Line producing experience a plus
  • Bilingual preferred
