We are looking for an Associate Integrated Marketing Director to help manage our integrated marketing programs from our New York office.

You’ll Report To:  Director of Marketing

A typical day as an Associate Integrated Marketing Director  might include:

  • Conceptualize, develop, write, and execute integrated marketing programs and presentations that meet the objectives of endemic and non-endemic advertisers (e.g., customized programs, digital initiatives, advertiser and/or signature brand events, etc.) Supervise the proposal ideation, creation and output for a team of 4-5 Integrated Managers, Senior Managers and Marketing Associates Manage the execution of complex, multi-faceted marketing programs and added-value initiatives Collaborate and communicate with internal project teams including Sales, Client Services, Branded Content, Video and Design, as well as with clients and agencies, as needed

You’ll be successful wellness is more than a profession, are well versed in the lifestyle market and have a strong integrated marketing background.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years direct Integrated Marketing experience 2+ years managerial experience Has superior proposal writing skills that translate into clear and compelling marketing solutions and client proposals Strong experience in putting an idea together from concept to activation Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to juggle many projects at once and still reach deadlines Supportive nature to help mentor the skills of developing marketers Possess excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and excite clients in a polished and professional manner Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large. We're casual and informal but we work hard and work responsibly. A pleasant and supportive demeanor goes a long way.
