We are currently seeking a highly motivated Audience Development Manager to join the team at The New York Post. This role will report to the Director of Audience Development and will play a valuable role in growing the audience and traffic across the New York Post network of sites.


  • Maintain and support existing content marketing partnerships through reporting and content curation
  • Identify new innovative partnership opportunities for content distribution and amplification
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across social platforms as needed & optimize to ensure ROI goals/KPIs are met
  • Support optimization of existing products and help drive experimentation
  • Grow email subscriptions through external partnerships, sweepstakes and lead generation programs
  • Manage email deployments that support audience growth programs
  • Analyze data to inform decisions about potential new products, programs & opportunities across email, social and web


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing/digital audience development; publisher experience preferred
  • Knowledge of digital media trends and emerging platforms
  • Proficiency in metrics-based decision making with an emphasis on reading and interpreting data
  • Ability to be both a self-starter and team player; strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Sweepstakes experience a plus
  • Passion for all things digital!
