CNBC is partnering with Acorns, the country’s fastest growing financial wellness system, on the importance of educating current and future investors. We are building an editorial and production team to create actionable, relatable and uplifting personal finance and investing content which will inspire and empower everyday Americans to make informed financial decisions.

The Production Assistant will support the editorial and production teams with research, asset gathering and content development aligned with an optimistic target brand voice.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a short term position with an estimated duration of eighteen (18) months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Prepare research briefs for editors, producers and writers on requested topics and issuesCurate data for editors, writers and producers Fact-check written and video content before publicationGather assets to support written, video and social media contentAssist video producers with field and in-studio shoots Special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Interest in personal finance and investing topics
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills and strong work ethic
• Someone with a strong desire to develop creatively
• Detail-oriented problem solver who is able to work efficiently in fast paced environment, while meeting tight news deadlines
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY and Englewood Cliffs, NJ
