Job Description:
Our legal client in Washington, DC is looking for a Email Marketing and CRM Associate to join their marketing team. This position is a full-time direct hire role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a law or professional services firm and/or managing the integration of a new software, email marketing tool, CRM.

- Work with CMO and Communications Manager to develop CRM and email marketing strategies
- Manage and coordinate all email marketing communication i.e. maintaining mailing lists, tracking, data harvesting, report generation
- Handle the day to day operations of the firm's CRM system and ensure best practices are being used
- Serve as lead point of contact and project manager for all CRM and email marketing initiative
- Conduct one on one/small group training sessions with internal stakeholder

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 2-3 years of experience managing a CRM system preferably LexisNexus InterAction
- Experience working with InterAction, SalesForce, Vuture
- Working knowledge of HTML
