Circa Interactive is seeking an experienced freelance copywriter who is interested in being a part of a fast-growing creative content team. The ideal candidate will have a professional copyediting background or a journalism/communications background, and they will have a passion for grammar, AP style, various style guidelines, and clean copy, along with a hatred for comma splices and typos. Experience working in a marketing environment with a focus on conversion and story is preferred, and the candidate must be a creative thinker.
This position will offer candidates the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned institutions in higher education across the U.S. The position is challenging, as the ideal candidate will need to deliver top-quality content in short periods of time.
- Work directly with the Senior Copywriter to reach all copy goals
- Write ad copy for display media, SEM, inbound and email marketing
- Help create brand DNAs and build story campaigns for our university clients
- Lead interviews with stakeholders to find story opportunities
- Produce conversion-focused copy for university websites
- Help create content for our new campaigns that use AI
- Write landing page copy designed for conversion
- Build scripts for television and radio (Seldom)
