The Sr Production Manager is responsible for managing, planning, and executing technical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The production manager is responsible for all aspects, end user training and efficiency implementation of production application systems, i.e. Accion.

  • Manage and prioritize the releases within "ACCION" activities, including but not limited to, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user cases, coordinate overall timeline, create and keep updated timelines per project, share updates with the team, lead project calls, identify enhancements and process improvement, create releases content in JIRA to keep track of the QA process and deployments,
  • Responsible for entering approved deals (Production Services Agreements, Personnel Agreements, Production Projects, Acquisitions, Talent Agreements, Development) within Accion in order to obtain appropriate approvals for all workflows,
  • Propose and develop new workflows within the production in order to improve efficiency,
  • Responsible for all testing functions with users in staging to get approval before moving to production (UAT),
  • Manage and administer access to all users for all productions Centers: US, Mexico, Colombia and any other country where there is a scripted production,
  • Supervise and manage the different teams by working with the Applications, Development and QA groups in order to get the technical support, development requirements and tests cases needed for the completion of each project,
  • Provides overall support by providing training to new users, assisting in setting up new accounts, and testing for new releases,
  • Gathers feedback from users of Accion and Show Tracker in order to identify issues, and opportunities to improve the applications,
  • Act as a liaison with the production and the development team to identify gaps to improve productivity within the production,
  • Works closely with the Talent Department to ensure each manager’s talent roster is updated in the talent database,
  • Assists the Locations Manager(s) and Supervising Producers of each production in updating the locations database and documenting all locations found after each scouting trip,
  • Responsible for assigning preapproved locations to each scripted production in order to establish a relationship between physical and story locations,
  • Efficiently identifying and solving project issues,
  • Designing and maintaining technical and project documentation,
  • Works under the direct supervision of the leader of Production Management and Operations, and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor,
  • Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment,

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working with IT, web based applications, and users support
  • Previous experience in training and developing training materials for end users
  • Previous customer service experience emphasized on troubleshooting, and end user support
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to perform job at locations in and outside work environment with varying weather conditions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
