AVP, OEM & Partner Program Management

The AVP, OEM & Partner Program Management role reports directly to the VP & GM and will play a key leadership role in the Xtime, Vin Solutions, and Australia P&L. This role will lead and own the entire OEM & Partner book of business for all 3 businesses and for all active OEM & Partner relationships. This person will need to possess strong organizational skils while utilizing their deep relationships and knowledge of the products, services and automotive industry. This candidate will be a proven operations and industry leader who exhibits confident leadership, clear communication, positive results and the ability to influence cross-functional, multi-business unit teams.
OEM and Cross functional Responsibility and Accountability:
Own, develop, lead, and define the relationships with Client Partners for all OEM programs and OEM Sales Leaders within the Retail Solution Group assigned to Xtime, Vin Solutions, and International.
Owns P & L responsibility for OEM & Partner programs, as well as the P & L for Xtime Australia.
Owns and provides input across all business groups as the single point of contact for all 3 businesses
- Expand existing and create new relationships and business awareness across the departments and matrixed partners to align and coordinate cross-functional teams on delivery of goals and client expectations.
- Own and lead teams across the organization especially within product, marketing, sales operations, sales, and customer operations to ensure business readiness, planning and alignment on all major initiatives as well as day-to-day programs and projects.
Responsible for OEM client and Partner satisfaction and performance of each programs.
Own program adoption, primary site adoption and partner with Performance Management and Sales to manage overall churn and churn within products.
Lead delivery of products, services, and methodologies across OEM client engagements, collaborating with internal and external teams.
Identifies and develops strategies on client product adoption and business development opportunities in partnership with and aligned with Sales teams activities.
Advocate for OEM customers to ensure high quality service at all customer touch points to maintain customer trust, loyalty, and confidence.
Lead all client escalations and communication across the organization on needs, priorities, investments decisions and save efforts.
Identify and develop strategies with the OEM & Partner programs to help with increasing integration profitability and overall satisfaction with the OEM programs.
Responsible for OEM and Partner satisfaction
Client and business segment ownership across each business product lines, working closely with the heads of each area to coordinate efforts and priorities.
Manage OEM and Partnership engagements and custom product requests to optimize these deliverables across multiple OEM’s and Partnerships
Analyze data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to better meet OEM, Partnerships and client needs and objectives.
- Own, retain, and grow aggressive revenue objectives, while using executive-level judgment to balance the right business and customer trade-off
- Partner with finance, analytics and product teams to develop overarching business scorecards and metrics to drive the business and deliver results.
- Develop and distribute competitive intelligence to all key stakeholders
- Partner with sales teams and channels to develop strategies and drive efficient growth.
- Measure satisfaction, loyalty and sentiment across the stakeholders and client layers.
15years experience in operations
15+ years of work experience in businesseswhich are based on technology, software, digital marketing/media, and/orinternet for the automotive or related industry
4+ years of exposure to P&L financialmanagement with working knowledge of budgeting concepts
4+years of experience leading marketenablement, business readiness, sales operations, business operations or arelated function
6+ years leading teams in a matrixedenvironment across organizational boundaries; exposure to agile development;track record of forming collaborative partnerships across multiple functionalteams such as marketing, sales, operations, and product
10+ years of team leadership, management, andpeople development experience
Bachelor’sDegree required. MBA preferred
