  • Responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end CRM segmentation strategies
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that inform customer journeys and maximize subscriber engagement
  • Create bespoke engagement and winback campaigns based on distinct subscriber personas
  • Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert
  • Monitor sports stories, identify customer needs, and proactively recommend adjustments to engagement plans
  • Collaborate with editorial, production, research and partners to recommend opportunities to keep subscribers engaged and in the know
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on different sports and seasonality across email, digital, social and on-air channels
  • Provide campaign analysis, reporting as well as key insights and recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, including internships

  • Knowledge and experience in lifecycle marketing, loyalty/retention marketing and building customer journeys
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, mining user data and database fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable extracting data into opportunities to drive business results. Aptitude for data and experience creating KPIs and reporting
  • Excellent project management and communication (verbal & written) skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
  • Work experience in segmentation strategy
  • Work experience in membership or subscription based businesses
  • A self-starting attitude, ready to embrace opportunities to make an impact
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
