This role is responsible for special projects/planning and the development of new concepts, segments and specials. This position will report to Executive Producer of UND.

· Responsible for special projects for a multi-platform environment as assigned by the
Executive Producer.
· Lead development effort for new ideas for branded multiplatform (TV, web, digital/mobile)
· Lead development of potential new segments
· Lead development of potential specials
· Develop new on-air showcasing concepts and higher production values
· Looking for experts and quests for segment needs.

• Proven track record as a producer (10+ years’ experience)
• Excellent on-air production values and skills
• Extensive knowledge of US Hispanic Market
• Deep understanding of journalistic ethics and principles
• Fully bilingual
• Ability to effectively manage several tasks at once
• Detail oriented, highly organized leader
• Experience managing creative people
• Strong editorial judgment
• Strong, impactful, compelling writing skills (English and Spanish)
• Strong eye for promotion and marketing of segments
• Developed skills in the creation of content in a multiplatform environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be “on call” 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
