We are a boutique PR agency specialized in design communications. We work with a global list of innovative high-end design brands. We execute comprehensive communication plans, handling media relations, events planning and social media for our clients.
We are looking for an account coordinator to assist the PR teams. This is a great position to learn. The ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Main duties for the position include:
- PR reporting (researching and clipping placements, creating reports for each client)
- Research (researching media coverage and creating internal reports about relevance to our clients)
- Event planning (gathering vendor quotes, putting together budgets, organizing invite lists, inviting, tracking RSVPs, event check in)
- Award entries (preparing entries into design awards on behalf of clients)
