CNBC’s Fast Money is looking for a multimedia journalist, focusing on digital and television content.

-Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Pitching content for Fast Money’s franchise of digital shows including Futures Now, Trading Nation, Options Action and ETF Edge
-Producing the digital shows, including booking guests and producing elements and lining the online show
-Turning that digital show into engaging digital text (these articles often attract hundreds of thousands of readers)
-Working closely with the television side of the team to coordinate and re-purpose content and ideas
-Coordinating with partners across all CNBC platforms to develop digital video content to support cross-departmental efforts

The ideal candidate will have digital writing experience and must be familiar with television production. Knowledge of the stock market, options and the futures market is a plus but not a necessity. At least one year of experience is required.

-Must be willing to work in the New York/New Jersey area beginning in January, 2019;
-Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States;
-Must be 21 years or older;
-A bachelor's or master’s degree;
-Journalism experience;
-Solid writing skills and the ability to work as a team and to be a self-starter
-Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
-A strong ability to tell visual stories in creative ways leveraging video footage, graphics and animation.
-Demonstrated knowledge of online production and multimedia storytelling, and working knowledge of online publishing systems and technologies
-Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
