Build attendance and promote events using effective marketing channels including email marketing, social media, print advertisement, and more
Carrying out research to actively promote conferences on relevant websites and overseeing all marketing efforts, swaps, etc.
Management of social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and blogs including promotion of events, creation and implementation of hashtags, on-site live Tweeting, and sponsored posts
Designing and deploying email campaigns for all of our conferences as well as organizing the data and tracking results.
Coordinate weekly marketing schedule
Developing and managing relationships with business partners to coordinate and implement marketing activities such as ads, emails, banners, swaps, etc.
Carrying out research to actively promote conferences on relevant websites ensuring all listings are live and up-to-date
Track and execute sponsorships by adding logos to website, Airtable, and checking that all materials are consistent
Coordinate with the Arts department for creative requests including logo design, house ads, posters, onsite branding materials, PowerPoints, etc.
Complete PowerPoints with honorees when necessary
Coordinate with clients and order all sponsor branded materials for events including tote bags, lanyards, pens, etc.
Coordinate internal giveaways when necessary, including branded tote bags and other items.
Research and develop media list and assist in media outreach to promote events
Track media coverage and marketing results
Facilitate events on-site including set-up, registration, award presentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and assisting attendees with any questions or concerns.
Respond to inquiries from the RSVP and City & State Events emails
