The Web Content Manager will be responsible for publishing, updating and managing content for all websites and microsites. Work with multiple departments to obtain content to for the most up to date messaging. Use reporting tools to measure the KPI's related to all sites and leverage those insights to drive a best in class user experience. Jasco is looking for someone who can:

 

Develop, manage and report on a comprehensive content strategy for all websites and microsites that is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Develop, manage and report on an editorial calendar to ensure all stakeholders are on board. Responsible for and manages departmental expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Interviews, hires, evaluates and manages assigned Team Members.   Subject matter expert in the e-commerce platform used to power all websites and microsites so updates, promotions, graphics and all other content can be implemented and tracked efficiently on a daily basis. Manage the relationships with third parties who provide services that make all websites and microsites best in class. This includes ensuring the website uptime is 99.999%. Create and publish website designs, color schemes, digital advertising banners, interactive databases and website user interface in compliance with Jasco brands and licensed partners’ brand guidelines. This includes collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout. Maintain and publish website content and promotions to ensure the best possible consumer buying experience to achieve optimal conversion, best in class user experience and increase sales. Creates, produces and maintains the database for integration with CRM, Google shopping, marketing automation software and various analytical tools for all websites and microsites. Tracks, reports and improves comprehensive website traffic measurement on google analytics to increase brand awareness and identify best practices. Monitoring all websites and microsites statistics to ensure maximum search engine placement and traffic growth. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Marketing or Communications related field is required. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing e-commerce platforms. Magento experience preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of personnel supervision. Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred. Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing required. Proficient with MS Office, Word Press and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver). Ability to operate Apple and/or Microsoft Operating Systems. Technical and graphic design skills required. Excellent writing, communication, time management and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems creatively, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of online marketing, SEO and website traffic metrics.
