This role provides sales and administrative support to a group of Account Executives at NBC Sports Philadelphia.Responsibilities:Schedule agendas, events, invitations and travelCoordinate and supervise the delivery of promotional material following up through traffic and promotions departmentResponsible for the preparation of proposals for clients and prospects of assigned Account Executives.Process, manage and maintain sales contracts for all Account Executives assigned.Interpret client needs, develop strategies to address, and facilitate implementation of programs. Ensure client-related promotions are executedExecute client sponsored sweepstakes, including securing legal approvals, production of promotional material, and prize fulfillmentDevelop positive client relations by proactively contacting client base via phone calls, emails, event visits, and other communication initiatives.Assist Account Executives in utilizing the database for tracking opportunities and proposals.Collect Proof of Performance documentation throughout each season for all accounts. This information will be used at the end of each season for Account Recaps in either presentation or video format and will assist in building a strong and loyal relationship with clients.Attend weekly sales meetings, take notes and execute any necessary follow-upReserve the conference rooms, prepare and welcome visitors, and coordinate suite cateringDevelop and build sales presentations and ad sales materials including one-sheets, re-caps, air checksWork with sales team, research department, and marketing liaison on sales research dataCoordinate and distribute quarterly overviewWork events at the Wells Fargo Center as needed. This includes but is not limited to Flyers, Sixers, Concerts and the Family Shows.Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have experience providing basic administration support

Media sales, broadcast industry, corporate sponsorship or internship experience preferred

Proven strong project management skills including organization and attention to details in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Proven strong time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude towards sales
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively relay information regarding
promotional programs to internal departments and external partners
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must
