The Enterprise Data Strategy Manager is
responsible for ensuring successful operations around Cox Automotive’s data for
key established enterprise assets for which the Enterprise Data Strategy team
is responsible for driving acquisition and syndication/monetization.  The job includes three main responsibilities
at a high level:



  •       Oversee and shepherd the process for
    data syndication requests for key Cox Automotive data assets
  •       Serve as a key operational advisor
    around noted data delivery API’s (e.g. advisor to Manheim API Center of
    Excellence and Product teams)
  •       Develop and execute permissible use
    guidelines for key data assets that are acquired or generated by Cox Automotive
    business units.

growing business for Cox Automotive as the breadth and depth of information
that Cox Automotive has compiled across our leading Automotive brands is
un-paralleled.  Responsible and strategic
data syndication is a key part of Cox Automotive’s growth plans and this
resource is a critical member of the team. 
The position is responsible for further developing process and
operations around an area which has grown organically and is still
emerging.  The position requires the
candidate to possess strong operational skills, deep analysis skills and a
strong ability to work across teams internally as well as multiple levels of
customer relationships, including many executive ones.





The ideal candidate is organized,
detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, curious, instinctually team-oriented and
highly motivated.

Qualifications:

·      
BA or BS Degree
required. MBA/Master’s Degree preferred.



·      
5+
years of increasing and relevant experience in consulting, process
implementation, project/program management and/or related functions



·      
Academic
background in business, finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or
related field



·      
Demonstrated
analytical skills and business acumen, evidenced by a proven track record in
successfully developing and implementing impactful, practical business/data
strategies that have been implemented successfully



·      
Proven
track record of mastered execution and project management skills



·      
Strong
customer relationship management skills including ability to build
relationships while also understanding business context and ensuring data
syndication deals are commercially attractive to Cox



·      
Ability
to successfully interact with executives at data syndication customers



·      
Strong
interpersonal skills



·      
Excellent
written and verbal communication abilities



·      
Entrepreneurial
experience a plus and/or strong interest in being part of a fast-growing group
within Cox Automotive that is seeking to operate as a value-added business to
the enterprise
