Role Purpose
The Talent Relations Coordinator will primarily support the Sr. Director of Talent Relations. This role will also handle select administrative duties for Bravo’s Executive Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Help coordinate and facilitate talent participation in key Marketing Initiatives such as still photo shoots, on-air promo shoots, personal appearances & special events
  • Help coordinate talent participation in key new media initiatives, such as web based promos, digital video series for Bravotv.com and other on-line & social media promotion.
  • Manage social media asset distribution to all network talent
  • Work with other department’s coordinators to facilitate timely payment of talent invoices
  • Attend events when necessary to assist in managing talent.
  • Phone and administrative duties: Setting meetings, answering phones, shipping/messengering packages and insuring all Marketing purchasing cards are rectified and paid.
  • Work across marketing departments to prepare bi-weekly status report for EVP of Marketing.
  • Update & maintain all Bravo talent contact lists and Talent Appearance Calendar
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent, agents, managers and internal Bravo departments to ensure smooth & efficient execution of talent requests.


  • Basic Qualifications
    •Bachelors degree
    •Talent agency experience preferred

    •Strong understanding and experience with various social media platforms
    •Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    •Strong financial management skills
    •Must be a team player with the confidence to work independently when necessary
    •Must be polished and professional
