The Email Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of all email marketing campaigns for Golf Channel, Golf Channel Am Tour, Golf Advisor, World Long Drive and partners, reporting to the Manager, Email Strategy within the Marketing & Creative Solutions Department.

  • Assist in creating, scheduling and deploying email campaigns – including copywriting
  • Assist in designing and coding emails for deployment
  • Work with internal stakeholders to acquire planned creative/marketing assets needed to complete an email and assist with creation/edit of assets when necessary
  • Support quality assurance checks for all email launches
  • Assist in management of the email calendar
  • Assist with list management of all customer data within the database to include opt-out management, hard bounce management, and new subscriber uploads.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field with at least 1 year experience in email marketing
  • Experience working with an ESP (Salesforce preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Email HTML
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented, paying close attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Works well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work extended hours on short notice if the work requires it, including weekends

  • Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice (if applicable)

    Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of golf and/or golf industry
  • Experience with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
