Creative Marketing / Account Manager - Full time Opportunity

Our client, in the real estate space is looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager on the team fulltime in January.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of marketing activities for a variety of apartment community brands. You will also plan integrated marketing campaigns -social media, PPC and email marketing.
Your day to day will include:
-Develop thoughtful integrated marketing campaigns that weave together the unique attributes of each property and their demographic with strategic efforts in digital advertising
-Conduct competitive and local research to ensure a thorough understanding of each property's market and audience
-Perform marketing analysis resulting in a recommended media schedule/buy
- Write content and copy for the campaigns
-Work with Sr. Leadership to strategize on performance
The ideal candidate has:
-5+ years of Marketing experience
-Strong copywriting and proofing skills
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and MS Office
-Experience developing and analyzing metrics
-Exposure to real estate, retail or property management industries a huge bonus!
