Overview: Responsible for coordinating on-air content including tournament and live show integration and contingency programming during live programming. Implement approved contingency plans and notify Senior Management when plan cannot be implemented due to day of air conditions. Implement Ticker Messaging quickly and accurately. Create reference documents for weekly contingency plans

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates on-air content and determines necessary adjustments, ensuring all shows, commercials, promotions, and updates air according to programming guideline.
  • Alerts News, BOC, and Senior Management of potential contingency conflicts as well as final schedule changes
  • Schedule ticker messaging including, but not limited to program alerts, scoring, breaking news, streaming contingencies, stats, previews and 59 watches
  • Ensure Digital feed schedule is executed including Digital ONLY streams, contingency streams, and live streams of tape delayed programming.
  • Able to work independently
  • Respond to program questions pertaining to the daily broadcast log
  • Flexible Weekend/Primetime Programming in office coverage
  • Fulfill information requests as they pertain to Program Operations
  • Assist Program Operations Managers in projects as needed

  • College degree or equivalent vocational/technical training
  • Previous television experience, preferably in live sports broadcasts
  • Able to work shifted schedules and weekends
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Word/Excel preferred
  • Knowledge of golf preferred

  • Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice (if applicable)
