Who we are looking for:
Manheim is looking for an eager Client Service Coordinator II who has a knack for cars and a yearning to be a part of a fast-growing automotive company. In this position, you will be responsible
for overseeing and coordinating reconditioning vehicles through the

What you will do:
activities related to the reconditioning of vehicles, verifies required
information and paperwork, and performs appropriate data entry.
administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment.
timely and accurate quotes.
evaluate cosmetic reconditioning needed.
discuss with customer to gain approval.
Record the outcome in the appropriate tools.
fulfillment activities through proactive communications.
areas for vehicle repairs and post charges to appropriate account in a timely
with reconditioning fees related to these accounts.
assigned customer vehicles, provide quality service, and assist in resolving
agreements, vehicle files, verification of title information, records of the
completion of reconditioning work, and other required information.
AS400, AutoPoint, and other tools for approved work requested by customer.
to monitor and track vehicle repairs.
repairs/enhancements with Recon Shop management.
fulfillment process to ensure timeline commitment is met.
quality standards are achieved and/or exceeded.
upon delivery of existing work.
completion and satisfaction.
following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related
to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety
activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
School Diploma or equivalent required.
years of clerical or administrative support experience required.
driver’s license and safe driving record required.
communication and organizational skills required.
computer software skills necessary.
be able to use general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
exposure to weather conditions, fumes, and noise.
