We are adding to our
team a Senior Manager, Video Producer who will manage a small team, produce, record
videos, and cut video segments to meet the company’s needs. This position will
be a direct report into the Sr. Director of Creative Studio. 



Responsibilities


  • Supports the Creative
    Studio team by working with Creative leads on conceiving, producing, editing
    and prepping video for digital distribution on multiple platforms
  • Lead a small team with
    sound storytelling acumen and inspirational and collaborative leadership and
    exceptional communication skills.

  • Interact with internal
    and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related
    to as projects

  • Coordinate and manage
    video shoots including studio space, hiring needed crew, sharing schedules with
    team and clients, and renting production gear

  • Keen understanding of
    latest technologies and techniques to produce the highest quality product in
    the most efficient manner possible.

  • Oversee an participate
    in post-production activities

  • Ensures that video optimized
    in appropriate formats for distribution across communication channels.















Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in
    related field required

  • 8+
    years of progressive experience in Video production.

  • 3+
    years in a producer role managing other producers.

  • Demonstrates
    proficiency in several areas of the professional function including filming,
    lighting, audio capture, and editing

  • Proficient
    Creative Cloud and relevant software

  • A
    strong customer service focus as well as impeccable engagement, follow-through,
    and adaptability during a project lifecycle.

  • Must
    be able to work well as a part of a team, as well as independently

  • Strong
    verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and
    time management skills; executive presence is also a must

  • Proficiency
    in Microsoft Office, as well as Mac OS Systems

  • The
    ideal candidate must have a good sense of humor, ability to handle stress in
    stride and a moderated confidence
