The Product Manager of Reconditioning Product
and Operations leads the recon product vision, defines the product
roadmap/requirements, defines the feature sets, and prioritizes activities
based on business value. This role works closely with the Operations teams,
Release Train Product leader, Product Delivery Managers and Engineering Teams
to move the product through the Software Development Life cycle.

This role is responsible for the
rationalization of existing Reconditioning Products & Services across
locations, clients, and business units as well as focused on introducing new
Products & Services for a rapidly changing market, client base and technology
such as Electric Vehicles, Driver Assist technology, and Vehicle Software.
They are
also responsible for determining which activities will produce the most
business value and determine which features of a product are most important,
when they are developed, and proper market delivery time frames. 

This Product Manager is responsible for
delivering the proper product to the customer, both internally and externally.


        Bachelor’s degree or comparable
equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in business management,market research
or consulting environment.

·       Previous software product management
experience required.

·       Familiarity with the Automotive
industry a plus.

·       Contracts experience a plus.

·       Must have excellent critical thinking
skills - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

·       Sound inductive reasoning required -
The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or
conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).

·       Data analytics experience a plus.

·       Solid judgment, ability to negotiate,
resolve conflict and collaborate are necessary.

·       Ability to prioritize among competing
objectives toward the fulfillment of goals.

·       Effective communication skills are required.

·       Proven ability to successfully manage
multiple accounts and tasks.

·       Market research experience.
