Essential Responsibilities:
Administers clerical duties such as managing bosses contacts and calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, filing and covering phonesCreates and maintains filmmaker and talent publicity schedulesAssists with the creation of memos such as screening reports and quote documentsMonitors various national and regional publications for breaks relating to all Universal projectsFacilitates print and broadcast breaks and tune-ins Facilitates billing and creating POsCreates and process TRs Books screening rooms and theaters, manages RSVPs and check-in for attendees, circulates attendance lists Assists with spotting celebrity guests on the red carpet at premieresAssists with the execution of press events including junkets, screenings, set visits and custom content days Books recruited audiences for screenings when neededBooks travel for filmmakers and talentReconciles team corporate card charges Creates internal and filmmaker distribution lists and circulates various memos to each Maintains upkeep of contact lists
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the entertainment industry specifically within marketing, promotions or publicity.
Working knowledge of Microsoft based software: Outlook, Word and Excel
Eligibility Requirements:

4-year college degree in marketing or related field is preferred but not required
An individual seeking this position should have past experience working with multiple clients, departments, etc.
