This Manager will be responsible for the creative development and preparation of marketing materials to support a combined USA, SYFY, WWE and CNBC Prime dedicated sales department. The primary focus of the Manager’s role will be to develop innovative and creative partnership solutions for clients that are engaging, drive revenue and provide meaningful solutions across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work with Director to support Sales team, and develop marketing solutions for advertising partners across linear, digital and social platforms
  • Partner with channel key stakeholders to brainstorm and develop new marketing programs and custom marketing solutions in response to RFPs
  • Create and develop custom marketing materials, including – show-specific opportunities decks, pitch decks for clients, internal strategic presentations as needed
  • Work with programming development team on in-show integration opportunities/partnerships/executions
  • Attend agency/client calls/meetings/shoots as needed
  • Work with Sales to develop account strategies, and develop deep knowledge of account list
  • Maintain and update reporting/sponsorship tracking tools
  • Manage select partnership executions, including internal and external communications, and overseeing full scope of project management process
  • Self-starter with the ability to help identify revenue opportunities through marketing


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related
    • 5+ years’ experience at agency, media company, sales organization or in branded entertainment
    • Experience with creating presentations, execution and delivery of client deliverables
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)
    • Strong oral, written and presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively, business writing skills
    • Time-management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with clear attention to detail within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, self-motivated worker with a track record of delivering on commitments
    • Digital and linear integrated marketing experience
