The Unit Manager position is a Run of Show position that runs until July 2019.

Responsibilities: Reports to the Executive in Charge of Production

Responsible for day-to-day operational duties in connection with the studio and production office, including, but not limited to:

-Coordinate, Manage and track costs for all show guest/staff travel
-Oversee and manage the Travel Agent
-Work closely with production team in the guest booking process
-Execute Vendor Agreements, Incident Reports, clear all Production with Health and Safety
-Manage travel PA
-Builds relationships with local vendors to establish voucher programs

* Minimum 2-year professional working experience in corporate travel booking
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet.
*Bachelor’s Degree preferred
