  • Will participate in Sports Operational planning sessions
  • Research remote logistical resources and rate comparisons
  • Interface with vendors and suppliers
  • Support the on-boarding of project-based personnel
  • Scheduling & deadline tracking
  • Preparation, publication and archival of Operational documents.
  • Data Entry
  • Each major remote project will require extensive reading and comprehension of event-specific guidelines to ensure compliance as rightsholders.
  • Responsibilities may require international travel for extended periods of time exceeding four weeks.
  • Audit and processing of invoices
  • Accurately code invoices
  • Coordinate approvals
  • Vendor profile set up and maintenance
  • Wire Payment requests for International Vendors
  • Handle vendor and production coordinator payment inquiries
  • Create and follow up on all PO’s
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
    • Strong ability to assess priorities, multitask, adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people
    • Ability to work under tight and competing deadlines
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and understand NBC specific software systems
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good customer service and interpersonal abilities

    • Must be willing to work late evenings, and occasional holidays or weekends per business need
